First Chair is Burton’s FREE loyalty reward program. Members receive exclusive access to perks and benefits, gaining access to more as their member status increases with qualifying purchases.

For every $1 you spend, you get 1 point. Points don't have a cash value, but they accumulate to unlock different levels of benefit access. You can also redeem your points for coupons to use on burton.com. Tier 2 and 3 members receive early and/or member-exclusive access to sales and product offers, free express shipping, and VIP experiences. The higher the status level, the greater the rewards.

Tier status is determined by the points you accumulate through eligible purchases of Burton and Anon goods, and participation in other special programs and promotional offers announced by Burton.

Loyalty Tier Structure is as follows:

• Tier 1: Members qualify into this tier with accrual of 0-749 earned points
• Tier 2: Members qualify into this tier with accrual of 750-1499 earned points
• Tier 3: Members qualify into this tier with the accrual of over 1500 earned points
