Dual-Zone BOA® Fit System with Coiler™ technology features two distinct lace zones that can be independently adjusted with the twist of a dial for a custom fit in both the upper and lower portions of the boot.

A Burton-exclusive upgrade to BOA®, Lockdown Lacing increases heel hold by integrating three distinct lacing zones with a single crank-able dial. Tightening all zones (upper, lower and heel/Achilles) both rapidly and simultaneously results in a secure and consistent fit throughout the boot with greater hold in the heel pocket for an overall more comfortable feel.

BOA’s pinnacle configuration is offered on the legendary Ion boots. In addition to speed, fit, and durability you’d expect, this system’s top attribute is better fit in the sweet spot (mid-foot) area of the shell.
