Return Policy

You may return any unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Some exclusions apply. Please refer to information on the product page for products that are excluded from this policy.

All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation, and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged. We do not accept items after they have been used, but we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements through our warranty process: burton.com/warranty.

Please note that spare parts cannot be returned.

You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of us receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.

A $6.50 shipping charge will be collected if you use the UPS shipping label Burton offers in the portal. We often hear this is less expensive than the typical cost to mail an item back yourself.

If you are returning multiple packages (e.g. a board & bindings), please create individual return labels for each individual package through our returns portal. This helps us individually track your return to ensure each item is received and refunded (if eligible). In-Store Returns

Merchandise can only be returned or exchanged in a Burton Flagship or Burton Outlet Store within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in new and unused condition with all accessories/inserts included and the original tags attached. To receive a full refund to the original form of payment, you will need to provide the receipt or the Burton.com order number.

Exchange Policy

We are not able to accommodate exchanges. You may return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. This return must take place within our normal 30-day return window. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive your return. Pricing applies to orders at the time of purchase and cannot be carried over from one order to another.
