Burton Warranty Claim Confirmation
Your Return Authorization (RA) number is:
Pack and ship the item you want to warranty
- Check pockets and boots to make sure you remove any personal items (especially custom insoles).
- as they may be lost, discarded or recycled.
- Mark the defect with a piece of masking or similar tape that won't leave a mark on your item.
- Include a copy of the original proof of purchase (receipt).
- Include the RA number shown above.
- Print the RA number clearly on the outside of the box.
Hold on to your RA number. If you have any questions about your claim, call the Burton Guides at 800-881-3138 and provide your RA number. We'll be happy to update your claim status.

Shipping method
- We recommend using Fed-Ex or UPS and that you insure your package.
- Customers are responsible for shipping charges to Burton.
- Overnight and 2-day shipments to Burton will be returned in the same manner at our expense.
Packing tips
- Don't ship us peanuts. Think Green, they're bad for the environment.
- Recycle an old box or shipping packaging if possible.
- Drop your item off in person if you are near Burlington, Vermont at the Burton Product Service window.
