What happened?
On 11th of February, Burton experienced a cyber incident, which impacted some of our operations. We have been working closely with third-party specialists
to investigate the incident and determine the full nature and scope. We are now fully back to business as usual.

How did the Burton Corporation respond?
The Burton Corporation takes the security of our network and data very seriously. As soon as we discovered the activity, we launched an investigation,
with the assistance of third-party forensic specialists, to determine the nature and scope of the incident.

Has my credit/debit card or personal information been compromised?
Consumer credit and debit card data has not been compromised.

Is your network currently secure?
We are now back to business as usual, and our network is secure.

Can I place an online order?
Yes, you can securely shop on

Is my cart 'saved for later' and/or my wish list(s) still intact? 
Saved Carts and Wishlist's were not impacted by the incident and have been restored.


In Store

Are your stores open?
Yes, our Flagship Stores are open.



Am I able to make a return in store?
Yes, you can make returns in store.

I have an item that's about to be, or is already, too late to exchange or return. What do I do?
We have extended our return policy from 30 to 60 days from the date of purchase for all orders placed prior to 8 March 2023.

I already sent in a return. How will I know if it is being processed?
We will process all returns, but due to the nature of this recent incident, processing orders takes a bit longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.
