If you wish to register as a member for free, please complete the form on “Create a First Chair Account” page from here.

  • Passwords are critical information for customers. Try to set passwords that are strong and difficult for someone else to guess.

You can also make purchases without creating an account.


1. Add the selected item to your cart
On the product detail page, select the color and size, and click the “Add to Cart” button.

  • Please note that after a certain amount of time has passed since you added the item to your cart, it will be automatically removed from your cart.

2. Shopping Cart
View your order and click “Secure Checkout”

  • Please enter the coupon code if you have one.

3. Enter Information
Please enter your delivery and payment information.

  • You can choose between credit card, Apple Pay, or cash on delivery as the payment method.

4. Confirm Your Oder
Confirm your order and click “Confirm Order”.

  • If you would like to make any changes, click “Edit” to modify the contents.
  • Once you click the button "Confirm Order", you cannot cancel or change your order. Changes include shipping address and name.

5. Complete Your Order
Once your order number is displayed, your order is complete.
You will receive a confirmation email with order details from Burton (email@apac.burton.com ).


<Credit Cards>

We accept the following types of cards: JCB, VISA, Master, AMEX, Diners, and Discover. Payments are made by Burton Japan GK.

  • Credit card processing fee will be paid by us.
  • When you place an order, authorization will be applied to your credit card. At that time, you may receive a statement of charges from credit card company, but no payment is made (except for debit cards).
  • Your credit card will only be charged once your order has shipped. The purchase price will be debited on the settlement date of your credit card company.


<PayPay>
PayPay
This is a cashless payment service provided by PayPay Corporation. You can pay using either your PayPay balance or PayPay Credit.

<Apple Pay>
ApplePay
Simply tap the Apple Pay button on shopping cart payment page and authorize the payment to purchase the items.

  • Your order will be delivered to your Apple Pay delivery address.

<Cash On Delivery>
Cash on delivery (COD) is a payment method where the recipient pays for the ordered products at the time of delivery.

  • COD can be used when the total amount of the order in one delivery is up to 300,000 yen (tax included).
  • We will bear the COD fee.


Receipts will be enclosed with the product as a “delivery note and receipt”. The address will reflect the name of the shipping address.

  • We generally use Yamato Transport for delivery, but we may use Sagawa Express depending on the items of your order or other reasons.
  • Ordered products may not be shipped when defects are found in the product before shipment or due to out of stock, differences, etc. In that case, we will contact you as soon as possible.
  • Please note that delivery may not be possible at the desired date and time in some regions, or when shipping operations cannot be conducted due to holidays (including year-end and New Year holidays, Obon, temporary closures), etc., or during severe weather.
  • Generally, the shipped packages cannot be forwarded.

We ship items Monday through Friday. (*Excluding public holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, and designated days)
Orders are usually shipped within 1-3 business days of order confirmation.
*You can specify the delivery date and time within the period displayed on the order screen.
*Burton.com shares some inventory with Burton stores. If you order more than one item and some items are shipped from the store, the date and time of delivery may vary due to multiple shipments.

When you are not present at the time of delivery, the parcel delivery agent will leave a notice. Please arrange a new delivery date during the redelivery period to pick up the item. If you are unable to receive it due to a long absence or an unknown address and the item is returned, or if you wish to have the returned package redelivered, you may be charged round-trip shipping and additional costs.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange


In our attempt to process and ship your order as fast as possible, orders cannot be changed or cancelled after they are placed. Changes include address and name. You can return the item you have received and order the item you want again.

Changing the delivery address is only possible after the package has been picked up by the carrier. However, in that case, the recipient may be charged the additional cost of forwarding from the original address to forwarding address. For details, please check “About the start of fare collection when changing (forwarding) the delivery address” page on Yamato Transport website.


<If you wish to make a return due to customer circumstances>
Please initiate a return from here or provide your order number to the contact below within 7 days from the day the merchandise was delivered. Merchandise must be in new and unused condition with all accessories/inserts included and the original tags attached. In this case, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you purchase varied sizes of the same product, we may consider this to be for resale purposes and refuse your return.

<If the product you receive is different from the one you ordered, or if we find that the delivered product is defective>
We will exchange or refund the item. Please initiate a return from here or provide your order number to the contact below within 7 days from the day the merchandise was delivered. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If you wish to exchange item sizes, you may return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. Please initiate a return from here or provide your order number to the contact below within 7 days from the day the merchandise was delivered. It is limited to new and unused condition with all accessories/inserts included and the original tags attached. If you return it for exchanging item sizes, return shipping is free. Returns can be made with Yamato Transport’s cash on delivery. (Return is only available for the first time. Excluding the board.) Please re-order a new one for the size you want.
