Performer Program

The Performer Program is an exclusive program for qualified outdoor professionals and industry partners to receive discounted gear. As one of the longest-running pro programs in snowboarding, the Performer Program is an integral part of Burton’s and Anon's product development process, generating valuable feedback from program participants.


If you are already part of the program and want to access your Performer profile, please sign in here. The Performer program is valid only in the region where the application was made. If your are not located in Europe, please switch the location to North America or Japan

  3. Attach a recent proof of employment (not older than 12 months)


Industry partners

Expiration Date Information

Codes issued before 11th August 2023 are no longer active. Our Performer Program expires on May the 1st, 2025.


Purchases

Once your online Performer account is approved you can log into your account and your Performer discounts will show. From this season onwards you can also shop with your Performer discount at selected Burton Flagship stores across Europe. The store Guides are happy to offer you assistance during your visit. The following Burton Flagship stores are participating: Innsbruck, Helsinki, Munich, Stockholm, and Zürich.


Any order placed over the Performer Program is subject to the general terms and conditions.


Personal Use Only

Products purchased through the Performer Program are for personal use and not for resale or gifting. In the event of abuse of the program, Burton reserves the right to cancel your account and any pending orders at any time at our discretion. All Performer Program orders are monitored and reviewed. Information and prices offered on Performer Program are to remain strictly confidential.


If you have friends or family interested in Burton product, please refer them to their local shop, Burton Flagship Store or Burton.com.


Limitations

Performer Program discounts cannot be combined with any other offers, including shipping discount promotions. Collaborations, Special Drops, and Third Party Products are not eligible for Performer Program Discounts.


First Chair Loyalty Program

Members of the Performer Program are eligible to join the First Chair rewards program, however they are restricted from using their performer discount in conjunction with certain loyalty perks like Early Access to product offers and other special program discounts/offers, and are fully excluded from receiving the Free Shipping member’s benefit.


Shipping Policy

All orders placed through the Performer Program are not eligible for Free Shipping. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.


Return Policy

Performer Program customers have 30 days from the delivery date to return product(s) free of charge. Product(s) must be unused and in their original packaging with attached swing tags and labels. We do not offer exchanges.

If you need to exchange something, return unwanted product(s) for a refund and place a new order on Burton.com. Please note: Performer orders can only be returned through our online returns portal. We cannot accept returns at non-participating Burton stores or through Burton dealers.

Customers will be notified via email once their return is received at our warehouse. After receiving the return, it will take approximately ten business days to deposit the money back into your account/ credit card.
