You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return product(s) you bought on Burton.com free of charge.**
オンラインで購入された製品の返品は以下の返品ポータルをご利用ください。ご利用にあたっては、ご注文確認のメールに記載された注文番号およびオンライン注文の際に使用したEメールアドレスが必要になりますのでご用意ください。Once you have completed the returns process, lean back and relax. We will notify you via email once your return is received at our warehouse. From receipt of this email, it will take approximately 10 workdays until the money will show in your bank account.

返品のヒント
返品する商品はしっかりと梱包してください。可能であれば、お届け時の梱包をご利用ください。荷物の外側にUPS返品ラベルを貼ってください。古いラベルやバーコードはすべて剥がすか覆ってください。

現在Burtonでは、商品の交換を承ることができません。ただいま改善に向けて調整しております。
