Why does my old code no longer work?
Applications for the 2025/2026 season are now closed and new codes are not being accepted at this time. Check back in summer 2026 when applications reopen for the 2026/2027 season.
There is a problem with my shipment, what should I do?

How do I request a Performer Program Discount?
Applications for the 2025/2026 season are now closed. We'll be accepting applications for the 2026/2027 season in summer 2026. If you are an existing member, simply sign into your Burton account to access your discount.
I am a First Chair Tier 3 Loyalty member and part of the Performer Program, why am I not seeing a free shipping option during checkout?
Unfortunately, Performer Program discounts cannot be combined with any other offer advertised on Burton.com, including shipping discounts offered through our First Chair Loyalty Program.
Has my order shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. This email will include your tracking number. If it has been more than a few days since placing your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact customer service at 1-800-881-3138 or by sending an email to: support.na@burton.com. On occasion, items from one order may ship separate at different times. If this occurs, your will receive a shipping email confirmation once each item in the order has shipped.
When does access to the program expire?
Access to the 2025/2026 Performer Program will end in August 2026. Prior to that date, invites to reapply for the 2026/2027 season will be issued.
How many times can my code be used?
Your Performer Program Membership allows for up to 3 discounted orders.
Are there any limitations on what product is eligible for a discount?
Discounts are not valid on select product and subject to change throughout the season. If a product does not discount after logging in, it is excluded from the program.
How do I redeem my code?

Do I qualify for promotions that are already active on the site?

How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. It will contain information to track your order. You can also track your order from the Order History page within your Account.
