If you would like to request access to the Performer Program for the 2022 / 2023 season, please click here to apply. Please be sure to provide any documentation showing industry credentials, certifications and employment to be considered for Performer Access.

I am a First Chair Loyalty member and part of the Performer Program, why am I not seeing a free shipping option during checkout?
Unfortunately, Performer Program discounts cannot be combined with any other offer advertised on Burton.com, including shipping discounts offered through our First Chair Loyalty Program.

Du erhältst eine E-Mail mit der Versandbestätigung, sobald deine Bestellung das Lager verlassen hat. Diese E-Mail enthält deine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer. If it has been more than a few days since placing your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact customer service at 1-800-881-3138 or by sending an email to: support.na@burton.com. Manchmal werden mehrere Artikel einer Bestellung separat verschickt. In diesem Fall erhältst du eine Versandbestätigung per E-Mail, sobald jeder einzelne Artikel der Bestellung versandt wurde.

When does access to the program expire?
Access to the 2022 / 2023 Performer Program will end on 11. August 2023. Prior to that date, invites to reapply for the upcoming 2023 / 2024 season will be issued. Please check this page for updates.

Wie oft kann ich meinen Code verwenden?
Your Performer Program Membership allows for up to 3 discounted orders.

Are there any limitations on what product is eligible for a discount?
Discounts are not valid on select product and subject to change throughout the season. If a product does not discount after logging in, it is excluded from the program.

Wie kann ich meinen Code einlösen?
If you already have a 2022/2023 Performer Discount Card, please visit Performer Program Sign Up to create a Burton.com account. During the sign up process you will be asked to enter the code on the back of the Performer Card. After your account has been created, your discount will be active after signing in. If for any reason you would not like to use your discount on an order, the discount can be disabled in your account.. If you already have a Burton.com account, Sign in to your Burton account to get started.
