Return Policy
You may return any unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Some exclusions apply. Please refer to information on the product page for products that are excluded from this policy.
All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation, and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged. We do not accept items after they have been used, but we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements through our warranty process: burton.com/warranty.
Please note that orders placed using PayPal cannot be returned in a store.
You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
You can use the returns portal below to start a return for your online purchase. Please note, you will need your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email, and the email address used to place the online order.
A $9.95 shipping charge will be collected if you use the UPS shipping label Burton offers in the portal. We often hear this is less expensive than the typical cost to mail an item back to the warehouse.
Tips For Returning Your Item
Package the return shipment securely. Use the original packaging when possible. Affix the UPS return label to the outside of the package. Please remove or cover all old labels and barcodes. If you choose not to use the UPS return label, you must include your delivery number (this can be found on the original shipping label and usually begins with 030) on the outside of the box.

Exchanges
We are not able to accommodate exchanges. You may return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. This return must take place within our normal 30-day return window. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive your return. Pricing applies to orders at the time of purchase and cannot be carried over from one order to another.
