「PRO23」で始まる2023年8月より前に発行されたコードは有効期限切れとなっており、現在ご利用いただくことはできません。新しいコードの発行リクエストを送信してください。
割引の対象外となる製品はありますか？
一部の商品は割引対象外となります。また、本プログラムの割引はシーズンを通して変更される場合がありますので、予めご了承ください。ログインしても割引にならない商品は、プログラム割引の対象外です。
First Chairロイヤリティ会員であると同時にPerformer Programにも参加しているのですが、決済画面で送料無料のオプションが表示されないのはなぜですか？
Unfortunately, Performer Program discounts cannot be combined with any other offer advertised on Burton.com, including shipping discounts offered through our First Chair Loyalty Program.
コードの利用方法を教えてください。

Performer Program割引は、配送料割引プロモーションなどのBurtonオンラインストアで行われている他のキャンペーンとの併用はできません。
注文は発送されましたか？
