This event has always been a platform for progression, on and off the hill, so this year we’re cranking up the volume in the village with more music than ever before. Read on for a look at the eclectic artists on tap for 2017.  Be sure to check the Burton USOpen entertainment page for more info on every performance.

We’ll start with hot new LA indie-pop duo Oyster Kids, who will be making a rare live appearance. They’ll be sharing the main stage on Wednesday night with Grammy-nominees The Record Company, an LA-based trio named “one of the 10 acts you need to know for 2016” by Rolling Stone for their bluesy rock ’n’ roll.

Then on Thursday there’s American jam band Twiddle, from Burton’s hometown of Burlington, Vermont, making magic with a two-set musical journey of barnyard-stomping rock.

Don't miss Brooklyn's, Gramatik on Friday night.

Brooklyn-based DJ/producer Gramatik will be bringing his signature electro-funk sound and boundary-expanding mastery of EDM. He’ll be sharing the main stage on Friday with Minneapolis-based hip-hop artist Lizzo whose lyrical flow and raucous live band results in a rock-star level ability to command the audience.

Another appearance not to miss is Saturday night’s performance by Canadian three-man EDM band Keys N Krates whose first EP, “Treat Me Right,” was released on the legendary DJ Steve Aoki’s label and quickly gained the group worldwide exposure. World-renowned DJ Skratch Bastid, one of Canada’s most in-demand live DJs and the go-to guy for party rocking, will also hit the stage Saturday night with his signature style that’s guaranteed to make you move. Also in the mix will be the always powerful, melodic, and soulful Xavier Omär, a southern R&B artist with all the flair and swagger of a venerable super star from the 60s.

Come get lifted with D.R.A.M. on Saturday night.

The closing party at Dobson Ice Arena on Saturday night will be headlined by none other than Virginia-based rapper/singer D.R.A.M. who has already released multiple Billboard hit singles since his recent 2015 debut, including Beyoncé’s personal party pick, “Cha Cha.” Turntablist and scratch maven, Four Color Zack, will also be keeping the party turned up with his mastery of cut and scratch. Rounding out the closing party lineup will be Air Credits – a bona fide power group from the rising hip hop hotbed of Chicago.
