Extended returns Policy

Between 28th November 2019 and 26th December 2019 we are extending our returns period to make things a little easier for you. Any orders placed during that period can be returned up until 31st January 2020. Our returns policy will go back to normal for any items bought from 27th December 2019 onwards.




Don’t you worry! You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return product(s) you bought on Burton.com free of charge.**

A Few Easy Steps:

  1. Pack all product(s) that you wish to return and the completed returns form in a box. Please ensure that all items are in their original packaging with the swinging tags attached.
  2. Attach the prepaid shipping label to the parcel and please make sure to remove any old shipping labels from the box.
  3. Simply drop off the parcel at any UPS Access Point or contact UPS to schedule a pick-up.

Done! Now lean back and relax. We will notify you via email once your return is received at our warehouse. From receipt of this email, it will take approximately 10 workdays until the money will show in your bank account.

  • Lost your Shipping Label?
    Simply give us a call at 00800 287 866 13 (Mo – Fr, 9:00 – 18:00 CET) or email returns@burtonhelp.com. We’ll hook you up with a new shipping label.
  • Exchanges?
    We do not offer exchanges at this time. Simply return any unwanted items for a refund and place a new order on Burton.com.

**If you received a free gift as part of a promotion, you will also need to return the free gift if you decide to return your order. If the free gift is not returned, don’t worry. We will simply deduct the value from your refund.
