PERFORMER PROGRAM ACCESS: If you would like to request a Performer Card for the 2018 season, contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be sure to provide any documentation showing industry credentials, certifications and employment to be considered for Performer Access.
EXPIRATION DATE INFORMATION: Codes issued prior to June 2017 are no longer active.
PERSONAL USE ONLY:
Products purchased through the Burton Performer Program are for personal use only. Any person found attempting to resell or otherwise re-distribute products purchased through the Burton Performer Program will be removed from the program. In the event of abuse of the Performer Program, Burton reserves the right to cancel any pending orders at our discretion. All Performer Program orders are monitored and reviewed for abuse.
Performer Program discounts cannot be combined with any other offer advertised on Burton.com including shipping discount promotions. Product exclusions may apply.
Standard shipping for orders placed through the Performer Program will incur a delivery cost of 8€, 6£, 12CHF or 75SEK, depending on the order’s country of origin. Express shipping will incur a cost of 14,95€, 14,95£, 14,95CHF or 149SEK respectively. Shipping rates are subject to change.
Performer Program customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return product(s). Product(s) must be unused and in their original packaging with the swinging tags attached. We do not offer exchanges. If you need to exchange something, simply return unwanted product(s) for a refund and place a new order on Burton.com. Please note: you cannot return Performer purchases to Burton stores or Burton dealers.

Customers will be notified via email once their return is received at our warehouse. From receipt of this email, it will take approximately 10 workdays until the money will show in the customers bank account.
How do I redeem my code?
Performer Program codes can be redeemed either on www.burton.com/performerprogram or in the promo code box within the cart page.
I don't see any discounts:
Discounts are only displayed once your code has been entered in either location mentioned above. Codes need to be entered each time you place an order. Please note that discounts will vary between sales programs. Product availability is subject to change at any time.
How many times can my code be used?
Performer Program discount codes are for 1 time use only and expire after a purchase is completed.
Do I qualify for promotions that are already active on the site?
Performer Program discounts cannot be combined with any other offer advertised on Burton.com including shipping discount promotions.
Has my order shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. This email will include your tracking number. If it has been more than a few days since placing your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation, please contact customer service at 00800 287 866 13 or by sending an email to: email@example.com. On occasion, items from one order may ship separate at different times. If this occurs, your will receive a shipping email confirmation once each item in the order has shipped.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. It will contain information to track your order. If you create a Burton.com account, you can track your order from the Order History page within Account.
There is a problem with my shipment, what should I do?

Can I return my order?
Performer Program customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return product(s) at their own cost. Product(s) must be unused and in their original packaging with the swinging tags attached.
- EU & UK customers may send their returns with the completed Return Form to Loxxess - ECOM Returns, Steinauer Weg 7, 91589 Aurach, Germany.
- Swiss customers may send their returns with the completed Returns Form to Burton Service Centre, c/o Fine Service Product GmbH, Elestastraße 16, 7310 Bad Ragaz, Switzerland.
