How do I request a Performer Program Discount?

Why does my old card no longer work?
Codes issued prior to August 10th 2023 are no longer active. Please submit a request for a new code.
I don't see any discounts.
Discounts are only displayed after your Program application has been approved. You need to be signed in with your Performer profile to display the discounts. The program application can be initiated by entering your code in the location mentioned above.
How many times can my code be used?
You can place as many orders as you like. Products purchased through the Performer Program are for personal use and not for resale or gifting. In the event of abuse of the program, Burton reserves the right to cancel your account and any pending orders at any time at our discretion. All Performer Program orders are monitored and reviewed.
Do I qualify for promotions that are already active on the site?
Performer Program discounts cannot be combined with any other offer advertised on Burton.com including shipping discount promotions.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. It will contain information to track your order. If you create a Burton.com account, you can track your order from the Order History page within Account.
There is a problem with my shipment, what should I do?
