What is your return policy?
You may return your unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement. Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred when filling the order. To request an exchange, please call Rider Service at 1-877-313-1977. We’ll place a new order for your desired item and we’ll waive the standard shipping costs. You will be charged for this order when it ships and once we receive your return, your refund will be processed. Sorry, but exchanges cannot be performed on PayPal orders..

What is a CVV code?
A card security code is an added safeguard for your credit card purchases. Depending on the type of credit card you use, it is the 3- or 4-digit number printed on the back or front of your credit card. For all online credit card purchases from us, the security code is required information.
What are accepted forms of payment?
We accept all major US issued credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Burton Flagship Store Gift Cards and PayPal. No coins please.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only residents in NY, VT, WA, MA, IL, OH, CT, NV, FL, CO, NJ and CA are required to pay sales tax. We are required by law to issue a sales tax to all residents in states where we have physical business locations.
Has my order shipped?
You will receive a shipping confirmation notice via email when your order has left the warehouse. This email will include your orders tracking number. If it has been more than a few days since entering your order and you have not received shipping confirmation, please contact customer service at 1-877-313-1977 or by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org On occasion, items from one order may ship from separate warehouses at different times. If this occurs, your will receive an shipping email confirmation once each item in the order has shipped.

How can I track my order?
Once you have received your tracking number you can input it into any search engine, hit enter and BAM! a link to track your package will appear. To check on a status of an order that has not shipped, login with your burton.com account and click View Orders. You must have an account to view your order history on Burton.com.

What is the timing of your billing?
Your credit card will only be charged once your order has shipped. If your order ships from different warehouses, you may see multiple charges on your credit card. These multiple charges will total the original value of your order. Orders typically ship within 48 hours once the order has been placed. Orders ship Monday through Friday excluding Holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once the order has shipped from the warehouse.
