Any unused product ordered can be returned within 30 days.
Please note that orders placed using PayPal, Amazon Pay or Klarna cannot be returned in a store.
You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
You can use the returns portal below to start a return for your online purchase. Please note, you will need your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email, and the email address used to place the online order.
A $6.50 shipping charge will be collected if you use the UPS shipping label Burton offers in the portal. We often hear this is less expensive than the typical cost to mail an item back to the warehouse.
Tips For Returning Your Item
Package the return shipment securely. Use the original packaging when possible. Affix the UPS return label to the outside of the package. Please remove or cover all old labels and barcodes. If you choose not to use the UPS return label, you must include your delivery number (this can be found on the original shipping label and usually begins with 030) on the outside of the box and address to:
