Need to Create a Return?
You can use the returns link below to start a return for your online purchase.
You may return any unused product for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Some exclusions apply. Please refer to information on the product page for products that are excluded from this policy.
All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, including manufacturer packaging, tags, documentation, and any accessories. Returns will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure returns are carefully packaged. We do not accept items after they have been used, but we are happy to help you with any manufacturer defects and warranty replacements through our warranty process: burton.com/warranty.
You can expect a full refund to your credit card 7 to 14 days of our receiving your return. It may take up to 30 days to be visible on your credit card statement.
Any unused items purchased between October 15, 2021 and January 1, 2022 can be returned until January 31, 2022. Purchases made before October 15, 2021 or after January 1, 2022 will be subject to our normal 30 day return policy.
We are experiencing higher than normal processing times due to holiday volume and COVID-19 staffing shortages. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed. Please allow up to 14 business days after your return is processed to see a refund on your bank statement.
A $6.50 shipping charge will be collected if you use the UPS shipping label Burton offers in the portal. We often hear this is less expensive than the typical cost to mail an item back yourself.

In-Store ReturnsMerchandise can be returned in any Burton Flagship Store or Burton Outlet Store with a receipt. Merchandise must be in brand new condition with all tags on. Returns will be returned at the same price as originally purchased and tender given back the same way as originally purchased.
Please note that orders placed using PayPal, Amazon Pay or Klarna cannot be returned in a store.
We are not able to accommodate exchanges. You may return your item(s) for a full refund and place a new order. This return must take place within our normal 30-day return window. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive your return. Pricing applies to orders at the time of purchase and cannot be carried over from one order to another.
