The good: the gloves have been very good at keeping water out. My fingers have never gotten wet while wearing these...which is more than I can say for the Northface gloves I used to have.
The bad: I've owned 2 pairs of these gloves and they both have not been durable. The material that holds the plastic wrist support pieces tore on both pairs I've owned! The wrist guard pieces eventually fall out and all you're left with are some waterproof gloves. The gloves are somewhat warm, but there are many times on the lift when I notice just how cold my hands are. If Burton could fix the durability and warmth issues I would recommend these, but for now I don't recommend them. I'm pretty disappointed that both pairs of gloves have fallen apart after such a short time.

One day of use and when I pulled my hands out of the gloes, the liner or stuffing inside comes out and you can't get your hand back in them. Was never able to wear them again! Do not buy you will be very disappointed when your hands won't go back in!!!
