I have the 2011-2012 model in black. The waterproofing, which I consider to be the most important feature in hardcore outerwear is pathetic. routinely, I find my bottom, things and contents of my pockets are soggy or worse. Without any abuse, they have failed to live up to the AK name. For full description of these issues. I also have the jacket and has the same problem. These do not live up to the tier of outerwear that they are priced in.
I never experienced anything close to this with my 2008-2009 2L stagger jacket and pant. So disappointed.

My pants are green. They collect dirt and will not come clean no matter what cleaners I use. When I wear them, I look like a slob. I am a professional snowboard instructor. People often comment on how bad they look. Others snowboarders/skiers with colored pants do not have the same problem. I tried to return them to Burton to have them switched for a color that would not show the collected dirt. They would not do anything about them. I am very disappointed in their customer service. You would think Burton would want their product to look good to the snowboard/ski industry.
