In the 2014/15 season, the World Snowboard Tour introduces a new tour structure, bringing with it the first ever World Snowboard Tour Pro Series. The WST Pro Series combines the world's best riders with the world's most prestigious snowboarding events - including the Elite level Burton US Open Snowboarding Championships presented by MINI - in an all-new Tour concept that focuses on presenting snowboarding's elite to the world... As the grand finale of the World Snowboard Tour, the Burton US Open once again sets the stage for the crowning glory of our WST Halfpipe and Slopestyle Champions. Tour Champions such as Jamie Anderson, Ståle Sandbech, and 14 year-old Chloe Kim, have all written parts of competitive snowboarding history here... Through years of creating captivating stories across the history of the WST events and the lives of our riders, the Burton US Open has played an integral role in support by communicating those stories to the long-time fans and followers of the Burton US Open, and it will continue to do so in the time-honored tradition of crowning our 2014/15 World Snowboard Tour Champions in Vail, Colorado this year.

The World Snowboard Tour is honored to continue the long-standing partnership with the Elite level Burton US Open in 2014/15.
